Credit Recovery, Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills. Regional In-Charge will be responsible for achieving sales-Mktg. & recovery targets under jurisdiction by involving their Territory Officers.
∎ Have to Manage the overall managerial activities of the assigned Region.
∎ Developing market for Agri-Machinery and Equipment; increasing sales within the defined territory.
∎ Setting the marketing strategy by analyzing the competitors activities and accordingly generate the prospect of sales.
∎ Achieving Monthly Sales and Collection Target.
∎ Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance.
∎ Frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment.
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supervising sales & distribution of the region.
∎ Forecast for Sales and Collection, plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.
∎ Develop business plan and identify sales strategy to comply with competitors for maximization of Company's goals and profitability.
∎ Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and sales- collection commitment of officer to the achievement of Territory/ Region objectives and targets.
∎ Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Agreed to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates should have minimum 8 years of progressive job experience in marketing, sales and credit collection is mandatory.
∎ Candidate should have valid driving Motor Cycle License.
∎ Candidates should have 08 years practical experience in marketing, sales and credit collection in Agri-Machinery & Equipment/ Capital Machinery out of which minimum 03 years of experience as Regional In-Charge.
∎ He should have good team working abilities.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ He should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
∎ Basic computer knowledge including e-mail communication and power point is required.
∎ Adequate Managerial and target achieving skill is required.
