Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to ensure quality control and operational efficiency.
∎ Monitor and ensure that franchisees comply with company policies, operational guidelines, and branding standards.
∎ Provide guidance and support to franchisees on best business practices, sales strategies, and operations.
∎ Assist franchisees with solving business challenges, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management.
∎ Offer continuous training and development opportunities for franchisees and their teams.
∎ Maintain brand integrity by enforcing corporate policies related to service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Track and evaluate the performance of franchise locations through sales growth, customer feedback, and profitability.
∎ Assist in the selection and onboarding process of new franchisees, ensuring they understand business operations and expectations.
∎ Prepare regular reports for the performance of franchises in the region.
∎ Communicate corporate initiatives, promotions, and changes to franchisees and ensure implementation.
