Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Liaise with area management regarding new employee onboarding.
∎ Report weekly to area management on training affairs.
∎ Plan and submit a monthly training plan for the area.
∎ Monitor training effectiveness and develop improvement plans.
∎ Conduct online training with field marketing, external stakeholders, and dealers.
∎ Present in-person training, prepare materials, engage participants, and issue certificates.
∎ Design clear and concise training materials (PPT, video, PDF, etc.).
∎ Manage the training performance of FSMs & promoters.
∎ Onboard and evaluate new field marketing staff in the area.
∎ Meet with stores, dealers, retailers,, and network partners to discuss products and brands.
∎ Plan and track training schedules for product launches in the area.
∎ Meet with internal staff to assess training requirements or needed improvements.
∎ Assist with managing training participation in the area.
