Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting and Admin: S/he will do the sales report with analysis, circulate FSF daily attendance & Indent and distributor payment update, Inventory report with code. S/he will organize scheduled meetings for the region & support in logistics management.
∎ Sales Analysis and Program Updates: S/he will provide sales performance updates daily and brand-wise distribution performance updates and relevant reports to ASMs & TSEs to monitor performance effectively. Trade program update & Activation project update. S/he will prepare and reconcile regional budget and petty cash, support ASM for compilation at area level and provide customized reports (need basis).
∎ KPI Monitoring: S/he shares KPI updates on a regional scale, UBO, and Non-buying outlet status. S/he will circulate brand-wise sales Tracking & Ranking and collaborate with the sales support team.
∎ Regional Team Support: Will Support Regional Team's monthly bill settlement in coordination with the sales support team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge about sales functions and report analysis. Energetic and ability to work under pressure
∎ Basic English written and spoken; Knowledgeable in operating MS applications
∎ Data Management, data analysis, IT knowledge, data representation and presentation, reconciliation, and consolidation
