Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Graduate BBA, MBA) from any reputed UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales and other relevant targets of specified area / region of responsibility
∎ Setting sales targets and making sure that the team members under his / her supervision achieve and exceed
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding effective channel partners of specified region
∎ Monitoring distributors' performance and their stock allocation down the channel
∎ Monitoring team's performance and helping and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Compiling and analyzing regional sales figures and communicating to head quarter
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes and avenues of market
∎ Developing sales strategies aligned with core company strategies and implementing them.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and participating in market research
∎ Keeping himself and team members up to date with products and competitors
∎ Taking lead in trade marketing activities and ensuring brand and product visibility in retail outlets
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sales & Marketing
∎ Require excellent computer skills in MS Office
∎ Knowledge and experience working with distributors network in Bangladesh
∎ Hard worker and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
∎ Possess good interpersonal communication, good oral and writing skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
