Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect all necessary information about HR forecast, skill requirements and assist the HOHR to develop a comprehensive annual workforce plan
∎ Assist the HOHR to lay down a comprehensive resourcing process and ensure 100% compliance with the process
∎ Prepare job ads, short list candidates, conduct tests/ interviews, take salary approval, facilitate pre-employment medical check-up, make offer to the candidate, draft appointment letter & handover letter
∎ Maintain a database for suitable candidate for each position
∎ Conduct post-recruitment data analysis to identify recruitment trends and potential recruitment sources and other hiring trends
∎ Coordinate participation in Job fair and liaise with different university placement offices to source quality young talents
∎ Update all Organizational charts of Head Office, Factory and Retail Outlets and Restaurants and get them approved by the Management
∎ Update all job descriptions annually or when there is a change in the job
