Credit Control and Recovery, Direct Sales and Marketing, Money Collection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that monthly installments are collected.
∎ Create a collection method that utilizes the banking channel.
∎ To provide customer A/C approval in the time frame specified.
∎ Maintain effective communication and a positive customer relationship for various line functions.
∎ Coordinate with the nearest service center to resolve any customer service-related issues.
∎ Was in charge of making the illegal surrender legal.
∎ Responsible for seizing vehicle on failing to pay installment by customer.
∎ Conduct a sales inspection after the booking has been confirmed.
∎ Assist supervisor in identifying weaknesses and loopholes in the Credit Sales Department.
∎ Assist supervisor in the event of a recovery crisis and/or any other crucial situation.
∎ Ensure necessary arrangements for various inspection & verification of customers and check the forms and formats accurately.
∎ Prepare regular recovery reports as directed by the supervisor.
∎ Responsible for the customer's ultimate settlement and ownership transfer.
∎ Gather information about the competitor's business.
∎ Determine and inform your supervisor of any additional opportunities for reducing operating costs.
∎ Responsible for create a daily work plan, a weekly collection plan, and a monthly tour plan, and submit these to your supervisor.
∎ Update relevant dealers on all recovery issues and developments on a regular basis.
∎ Perform any other tasks allocated by management in accordance with the company's needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have motorcycle and the ability to drive are required.
∎ A valid driver's license is required.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English, both orally and in writing.
∎ Excellent computer literacy is required, particularly in MS Office and e-communication.
∎ Prepare and submit required reports to the authorities on a regular basis.
∎ Capable of providing accurate reporting to support management decisions.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as under time constraints.
