∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): After Sales Service, Credit Recovery, Good communication skills, Good Computer Skills, Problem Solving, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Micro-Credit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the recovery strategy for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Keep close contact with the customer and give regular feedback to management.
∎ Take all possible measures necessary to check missing of vehicle and action to recover untrace vehicle.
∎ Collecting and analyzing data for preparing marketing and recovery strategy.
∎ To be responsible for credit and cash collection against company sales.
∎ Achieve collection target as set by the Management for the period specified.
∎ Prepare weekly/ monthly/ yearly collection statement and do report to the Management.
∎ Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.
∎ Implement recovery plans.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.
∎ Update customer information sheet regularly.
∎ Provide necessary assistance to our customer to keep the pickup always in running condition.
∎ Motivate/counsel customers to refrain from illegal business like carrying drugs, stolen material etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Capable of driving Motorcycle efficiently.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good computer literacy especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
