• Bachelor/Honors

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

1. Make a visit plan to contact the default accounts

2. Make contact with relevant parties via phone calls/physical drive to establish their ability to pay

3. Using various tracing methods to locate absconded clients

4. Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly goals

5. Involve local police stations and other local influential people to bring faster result  

6. Be persistent in calling and contacting debtors

7. Monitor and resolve financial discrepancies

8. Address questions, complaints, or suggestions

9. Negotiate repayment and financial plans as needed

10. Negotiating settlements by arranging clients’ payments over longer time span

11. Follow-up on committed dates

12. Update and review all default accounts to keep records of payments up to date

13. Represent the company when legal action is needed

14. Inform upper management and leaders when legal action is needed and in place

15. Resolve legal matters and update records
