Responsibilities & Context:

1. Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greeting Clients – Welcome visitors politely and create a good first impression.

  • Providing Information – Answer queries related to air tickets, tour packages, and visa services.

  • Telephone/Email Handling – Respond to calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.

2. Air Ticketing Support

  • Basic Inquiry Handling – Provide flight schedule, fare, and availability information to clients.

  • Directing to Sales Executive – Forward complex booking or cancellation requests to the sales team.

  • Assisting in Documentation – Help collect copies of passports or IDs needed for ticket booking.

3. Tourism (Tours & Packages)

  • Promotional Support – Share brochures, leaflets, and package details with customers.

  • Booking Assistance – Take initial details from clients for hotel or transport reservations.

  • Customer Coordination – Pass client preferences to the tour manager/sales executive.

4. Visa Services

  • Document Collection – Receive required documents (passport, photos, forms) from clients.

  • Appointment Scheduling – Assist in arranging embassy or consulate appointments.

  • Status Updates – Provide clients with updates or connect them with visa consultants.

5. Administrative Duties

  • Record Keeping – Maintain client logs, booking records, and follow-up lists.

  • Office Support – Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

  • Coordination – Support smooth communication between departments (sales, ticketing, visa
