1. Receptionist Duties:

   • Greet and assist all the clients, guests and visitors in the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operations.

   • Responsible for recording information of guests entering and exiting reception and lobby area.

   • Responsible for receiving and dispatching letters, files and documents according to front desk duties.

   • Tracking all official documents that are in the dispatch process.

   • Attending the reception phone regularly and passing the call and message to the concerned person in time.

   • Assist in maintaining official records.

   • Ensure the reception area is properly maintained to represent the company with a view of good image.

   • Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.

2. Social Media Coordination Duties:

   • Developing and implementing social media strategies to promote cosmetic products.

   • Creating visual content such as product photos and how it works.

   • Engaging with followers and customers on social media platforms.

   • Collaborating with influencers or beauty bloggers for promotion.

   • Monitoring trends in the beauty industry and adapting social media content accordingly.

3. Combining Responsibility:

   • Showcasing new cosmetic products and promotions on social media channels.

   • Sharing beauty tips, tutorials and product reviews to engage customers.

   • Running social media contests or giveaways to increase brand visibility.

   • Providing excellent customer service both in-person and online.

   • Coordinating online promotion.
