Responsibilities & Context:
1.students, parents, and visitors with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic attitude — often the first person they meet when dreaming about studying abroad!
2.Answering and managing phone calls — handling a high volume of inquiries about courses, countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.), IELTS/PTE classes, visa processes, fees, scholarships, and more
Scheduling and managing appointments — booking counseling sessions with senior consultants, visa filing appointments, mock interviews, or test preparation classes
Student & client interaction — providing basic information about services, countries, universities, requirements, and directing complex queries to counselors/advisors
Maintaining the reception area — keeping it clean, organized, and attractive with all necessary materials (brochures about study destinations, application forms, university guides, pens, water, etc.)
Handling initial student registration — collecting basic details, filling enquiry forms, and creating student files/records in CRM or Excel
Distributing and collecting documents — giving out application forms, checklists for documents (transcripts, passports, IELTS scores), and receiving submitted documents
Maintaining and updating student records — booking information for IELTS/PTE classes, counseling sessions, visa applications, and university applications
Assisting with basic administrative support — helping prepare basic documents (e.g., NOC letters, medical booking confirmations), handling incoming/outgoing mail/couriers (especially important for visa and university document dispatch)
Managing walk-in traffic — guiding students/parents to waiting areas, offering refreshments, and keeping them updated on wait times
