∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Experience of garment construction techniques
∎ In depth product knowledge on Ladies, Men & Kids wear (Outer wear Top, Bottom)
∎ Good knowledge/familiar with fashion based accessories
∎ Capable to develop new design for Ladies, men & kids wear
∎ In depth knowledge in fabric washing process
∎ sound knowledge / concept in season wise fabric selection
∎ very good color knowledge in designing Ladies Men and Kids wear.
∎ Working experience with designers will be given preferences
∎ Good Computer Skills; Excel, Email
∎ Good command of written and spoken English
∎ Be able to work independently and effectively under pressure
∎ Adaptable to a dynamic environment
∎ Good internal and external communications

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing all new products with new design and supervises projects.
∎ To Ensure successful completion of the company's corporate goals
∎ Will work closely with Product Management and Design to execute seasonal concept direction.
∎ Responsible for continuous evolving the Company's product development processes and insuring sustainability.
∎ Exceptional quality and cycle time improvements.
∎ Manages, Coaches and Mentors the R&D team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years

Salary: Negotiable
