Responsibilities & Context:
- Ability to design and manage product development process that includes innovation, formulations and packaging concept according to market demand.
- Ability to plan and develop new/existing product analyzing market survey & competitors.
- Ensure completion of development and commercialization of new product·
- Able to generate idea of cost savings with different raw materials for existing product.
- Contribute functional expertise to achieve business objectives.
- Cooperation with marketing department and collect the customer satisfaction information from marketing team and analyze to further improvement.
- Any other job assigned by management.
