Responsibilities & Context:
● Assist in developing and testing new cosmetic formulations from concept to production.
● Research ingredients, formulations, and market trends to support innovation.
●Ensure all products comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, marketing, and production.
● Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, and testing processes.
● Assist in troubleshooting formulation challenges and improving existing products.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in cosmetic science.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cosmetics R&D.
● Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry, raw materials, and cosmetic regulations.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.
