Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for the quality, consistency and production of the restaurant kitchen.
∎ Worked stand-alone restaurants (fine dining, fast casual, Concept restaurants) as well as big hotel chains and 5-star Hotels
∎ Extensive experience in developing, new recipes for different Cuisines and optimizing existing recipes
∎ Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
∎ Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing and food preparation for the property's restaurant.
∎ A thorough understanding and proven knowledge of cuisine types and flavors that will work in the Bangladeshi market for different demographics
∎ Works with a team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
∎ Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
∎ Develops and trains teams to improve results.
