Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have sufficient knowledge on solving the critical issues of the different type of fabrics as well as find out the default of the fabric and make a plan to develop regarding the respective issue.
∎ Knitting, Dyeing & Washing Plant Production development, Textile R&D and Sampling.
∎ Styling/Trend, Fabric, Washing and color composition knowledge must require.
∎ Work with the other department for committed orders and monitor the fabric development.
∎ Developing creative ideas and concepts of various knit fabrics.
∎ Follow up all buyer fabric development status and show the development areas to Buyers.
∎ Coordinate with all supportive departments (Merchandising, Planning, DPD etc.).
∎ Responsible for strong team management as well as correspondence.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating textile planning activities for executing development process.
∎ Should have foresight ness on the upcoming latest fabric of the modern would cotton, thread & yarn.
∎ Must have knowledge in Graphics, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
∎ Must have problem solving & analytical skill.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Garments, Textile
∎ Basic Computer skill, Garments/Textiles ERP, Advanced Microsoft Excel
∎ Communication and leadership skill is mandatory.
∎ Positive professional attitude, self-motivated and team player.
