Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QA, Quality, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Officer/Senior Officer is overall responsible for delivering acceptable quality of products within designated plant:
∎ • Develop overall inspection Plan and get approved from Head of Quality.
∎ • Review incoming material Inspection report prepared by Quality Specialist.
∎ • Provide approval for routine acceptance of incoming raw material lots.
∎ • In case of any quality deviation acceptance, raise “Quality Deviation Note” in MS-Dynamics and send the same for QA Head approval.
∎ • Perform in process inspection for the production batches and tag them for Ok/ not Ok for reprocessing.
∎ • Ensure defined quality systems and procedures are followed at respective process stage.
∎ • Ensure emergent quality issues during shift workings are resolved in an effective manner.
∎ • Coordinate among different plant functions towards timely resolution of quality issues.
∎ • Generate lab test sample reports and circulate among concerned plant functions/ suppliers to minimize quality losses.
∎ • Give approval for acceptance of raw materials in case certain quality norms are deviated and will not affect end-product quality.
∎ • Ensure compliance to local country quality, process and environment standards.
∎ • Ensure lab equipment are calibrated as per standard manuals.
∎ • Analyze customer complaints and suggest process improvement activities.
∎ • Regular training of QA executives for improving the efficiency of the quality team.
