∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check absenteeism of QC and balancing (7.30 - 7.45).
∎ Review top 3 defects of previous day and highlight to production and technician for corrective action (7.45-9.00).
∎ Check critical process quality (9.00-10.30).
∎ Monitor hourly inline and end line QC reports (9.30, 10.30, 11.30, 1.15, 2.15, 3.15, 4.15, and 5.15).
∎ Monitor repair system (Bi Hourly).
∎ Check end line garments Bi hourly (9.00, 11.00, 01.00, 03.00, and 5.00).
∎ Provide training how to measure & check QCs (Weekly).
∎ Check pack garments quality.
∎ Follow up shipment-pass/Fail.
∎ Discuss mother goal & sub goal.
∎ Check pack garments quality.
∎ Daily goal.
∎ Follow up cs, comments.
∎ Monitor daily definition of effect
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
