• Responsible for planning, running and leading the quality department as per buyers` quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.)

• Overseeing, Co-ordinate and promoting the company`s quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer`s requirements.

• Developing and analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine the present standards and establish the proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.

• Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming Raw materials, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.

• Working with effective interaction with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality ensuring that targets are achieved.

• Developing and maintaining quality assurance objectives and coordinating objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.

• Planning, promoting and organizing training activities related to product quality and reliability.

• Reviewing output samples against the sample and following up on the first output garment measurement report and styling etc.

• Finalizing the critical operation, and quality points and explaining them to the Quality team.

• Developing and implementing the inspection criteria and procedure.

• Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in-house to finish goods.

• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA teams to get the corrective actions.

• Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric besides maintaining and recording cutting, and fabric consumption.

• Fabric reconciliation for cutting department and determining production fabric average.

• Meeting with the production manager and discussion about cut plan & ensure Cutting Quality and fusing quality control.

• Establish and oversee all quality control procedures for established, leading brands.

• Help concerned team to analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.

• Identify causes and actionable steps to improve productivity and reduce returns.

• Responsible for overall quality assurance for Woven garments.

• Ensure product quality as per customer quality standards.

• Must have Sound Knowledge of all kinds of Technical Audit of different Brand/Buyer.

• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.

• Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.

• Conduct audit and monitor the first article and first piece inspection and report.

• Correct quality/technical instruction is exhibited on each quality workstation.

• Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.

• Check randomly on all QI workstations once a day and make sure the right product is passed.

• Responsible for monitoring hourly audit results of respective lines and resolving issues.

• Coordinate with all quality controllers to understand and solve problems from time to time.

• Initiate new ideas, processes or systems to reduce defects and improve quality.

• Monitor the defects observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.

• Need to finalize the critical operation, and quality points and explain them to the quality team.

• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA teams to get the corrective actions.
