Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after overall quality of garments division according to different buyer requirements.
∎ Establish SOP for Quality Standards and maintain it in floor.
∎ Maintain all buyer’s quality SOP in the floor.
∎ Lead the full quality team in garments division.
∎ Communicating with buyers for quality related issues.
∎ Need to have vast knowledge in knit fabrics and garments.
∎ Analyze any risk during product development which will lead to quality failure in production.
∎ Coordinate with quality department of knitting and dyeing to get the desired fabric quality for smooth production.
∎ Report to management for any issues related to quality in the floor.
