Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System.
Ensure quality standards for raw materials, in-line processes, and finished products.
Monitor production to meet buyer requirements and international quality standards.
Lead internal/external audits and ensure compliance with ISO & buyer standards.
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Provide training and guidance to quality assurance and production teams.
Maintain quality records and prepare periodic reports for management.
Drive continuous improvement in product quality and production processes.
Should have Skill on Denim Production Quality
Should have Skill on Jacket Production Quality
