Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Textile is preferable.
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline.

∎ Sound knowledge in computer.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to develop and implement a quality assurance strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
∎ Process Improvement: Explore ways to improve the company's QA processes. This includes identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, implementing new tools and technologies, and automating manual tasks.
∎ Continuous Improvement: This includes developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, and measuring and reporting on the results of these initiatives.
∎ Team Development: Responsible for building and leading a high-performing QA team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To meet buyer requirements, with sustainable products quality and service & established and maintain quality systems in organization.
∎ Resolving quality-related issues is to coordinate with other departments (Bulk production to Packing) to resolve them timely.
∎ Provide insights into investigating the root cause and monitoring the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
∎ Monitoring daily quality inspection reports, find-out the root cause and making a cap.
∎ Reduce defect % by implementing quality procedure. Report analysis, day-by-day defect % comparison and make training schedule.
∎ Make the schedule for internal quality technical audit & prepared to factory for external quality technical audit.
∎ Have to be capable to face technical audit as per quality management system (QMS, ISO-9001:2015).
∎ To monitor regular basis review of Non-conforming Goods.
∎ To reducing garments, return (%); Reducing Rejection (%)Implementation of 5S on the production floor.
∎ Analyzing top 3 Defects monthly basis with RCA & CAP.
∎ Review manuals, and fulfill brand expectations.
∎ To monitor product risk assessment and pre-production meetings.
∎ To communicate buying technical team for technical perspective.
∎ Conduct technical orientation meetings with garment and trim suppliers.
∎ Support to QA team, merchandising and stakeholders to understand QA requirements.
∎ Sampling ways of working, full control sampling, pattern, measurement, fitting and workmanship.
∎ Physical testing of garments as per the requirements. Understanding spectrophotometer procedure and color procedure.
∎ Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met according to the buyer's expectations.
