∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in Screen Printing is Mandatory. (Others kindly refrain from applying).
∎ Specialized in Various types of Screen Printing.
∎ To check the quality of Fabrics received in stores and write an observation for the rejected fabrics.
∎ To check the quality of Color in production cycle and report it to the production head of respective department where attention is needed.
∎ Establishes priority of work for print fabric inspection(Works with scheduling and production to establish priorities of work for material inspection)
∎ Evaluating final output of products to determine their quality.
∎ To write the observation report for the quality in production cycle.
∎ To make the rejection rate of production cycle to come down to minimum level.
∎ To devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ To review customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.
∎ To monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To provide appropriate training to the juniors as and when required.
∎ Should have a leadership attitude & should be able to manage their team well.
∎ Should be a good team player and be able to make your team work with good co-ordination with each other.
∎ Should assist, support, motivate & praise your staff as & when required.
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Sound Computer Knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel)
∎ Hard Working, sincere and result oriented
