Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have ability to formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOP's in the factory;
∎ Should have clear concept on ISO 9001:2015 QMS system;
∎ Important to developed the quality system instead of just policing job;
∎ Will be responsible for overall quality KPI's of the unit;
∎ Co-ordinate production management, Compliance, Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality and make sure that targets are achieved;
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production;
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory;
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling;
∎ Conduct pre-production meeting;
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check the quality;
∎ Follow up pre-final inspection;
∎ Lead quality and GPQ team;
∎ Ultimately ensure the quality of the final products;
∎ Respect the relevant laws and responsibilities also be prepared to take any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Should have work experience to work with reputed buyer in renowned company.
