Fabric Costing, Fabric Inspection, Production, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spreading Cutting Quality Control.
∎ Collect Buyer Approve Sample, Trims Cards, Technical Sheet & Data Sheet from Merchandiser.
∎ Problems Sort Out from Technical Manager & Concern Person.
∎ Followup Daily Production Status & Report to Technical Manager.
∎ Check/Approve All Kinds of Samples Before Sending To Buyers.
∎ Coordinate With Merchandiser For The Status of Orders.
∎ Production Plan for production & Ensure Deadline Meets.
∎ Study PP Sample & Comments Properly Before Start New Style.
∎ Check Garment Sewing Line Process To Ensure Style & Product Quality.
∎ Study & Check All Approval Pre Production Samples Before The Styles Go For Bulk Production.
∎ Making Daily Line Inspection on Every Style Running in The Sewing Floor.
∎ Make Daily Pre-Final Inspection of Packed Garments.
∎ Overall Maintaining Responsibilities For Full Production Quality Up To Shipment According Buyer Demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Experience : 7-8 Years
∎ knowledge of both Knits & Woven garments
∎ Should have knowledge of Line planning
∎ Should have basic knowledge of DENIM & NON DENIM Washings
∎ Should have full knowledge of quality system including AQL system.
∎ Should have knowledge of both Knits & Woven garments
∎ Should have knowledge of Line planning
∎ Should have basic knowledge of DENIM & NON DENIM Washings
Salary: Negotiable
