Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.
∎ Graduate Engineer should have at least 8 years' experience in packing and unloading section of a cement factory, where in 2 years in a similar position and Diploma Engineer should have at least 10 years' experience where in 4 years in a similar position.

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise overall functions of the packing and unloading Section
∎ Meet the dispatch and unloading targets within the approved budget.
∎ Ensure quality of the finish goods and raw- materials is within the acceptable quality norms and standard.
∎ Ensure the quality & quantity of the cement bags based on brand and also ensure the packing & delivery within the acceptable quality parameters in every packers, bulkers & barge loader.
∎ Maintain liaison with various functional teams during the shift to achieve targets. Identify risky acts and hazardous conditions in the department and take action accordingly.
∎ Ensure the cement is produced within targeted efficiency parameters: Power consumption/TN cement produced/TN of cement dispatch/Cost of cement packing/Flow measurement and Process Calculations/ Minimize the Manpower and Overtime.
∎ Ensure the quality of empty bag & control the bag busting within target parameters.
∎ Assist to develop & implement SOP for the smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for machine maintenance and job planning
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 5 to 6 years in a related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control/Audit, Textile, and Quality Inspection.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories, and Textile.
∎ Relevant work experience in buying offices or Factories in relevant fields will be given preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work in a fast working environment.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills both in Bengali and English MUST.
∎ Ability to work in direct and cross-functional teams.
∎ The ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Should have analytical ability and mentality to work under pressure.
∎ First priority Rajendrapur, Gorgoria Master Bari, Sreepur, Mawna areas candidate.
