Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the standard quality of export (Jute Yarn) during production.
∎ Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
∎ Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs.
∎ Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
∎ Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.
∎ Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.
∎ Ensure defect free product delivery.
∎ Coordinate employee efforts.
∎ Process improvement and development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours, self-motivated, self driven, have good interpersonal skills, able to handle pressure.
∎ Visionary & strategic thinking capability.
∎ Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
