Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production officers must know the standards of quality set at every processing stage of jute industry and apply himself fully so as not to deviate from such standards.
∎ The processing machines are balanced. Officers must take care that next stage of processing machines are not going idle for lack of supply of material.
∎ Responsible for the Shift.
∎ To know about the production process parameters of jute mills.
∎ Utilization of machines to the fullest.
∎ Man power to be utilized to the fullest.
∎ Generation of waste to be kept at minimum .
∎ To handle the workers tactfully without breaking the rules. At the same time Officer must have the capability of taking out the best from them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be loyal and obedient to the Superiors.
∎ Must achieve highest level of cleanliness of the machines and work area.
∎ Innovative ideas for development will always be appreciated.
