Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Confidentiality manage to purchase orders allocations, technical and intellectual property of products including vendor and vendors’ performance information.
∎ To carry out pre-shipment final random inspection on-site of manufacturers to ensure the bulk quality meets Gildan’s quality standard.
∎ To carry out pre-shipment final random inspection on-site of manufacturers according to Gildan FRI Protocol, Gildan Apparel and Underwear Defect Library and assigned inspection schedule, ensuring quality of bulk meets Gildan’s quality standards.
∎ To document and communicate the inspection results in a professional, accurate and timely manner on the assigned FRI result template.
∎ To provide feedback and suggestions to the QC manager and the vendors, in order to facilitate continuous quality and process improvement.
∎ To handle all travel expenses with responsibility and integrity, and to submit them in a timely and professional manner.
∎ To uphold the reputation and confidentiality of the company by projecting a professional image at all times and by strictly adhering to the company’s anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies.
∎ To carry out additional duties or special projects that are assigned by the manager.
