∎ HSC/ Diploma/B.Sc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
∎ Ensure that all products meet or exceed established quality standards and specifications.
∎ Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of food additives manufacturing processes and products.
∎ Monitor processes to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
∎ Collaborate with process engineers and operators to optimize processes for quality and efficiency.
∎ Track and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Perform visual inspections and measurements.
∎ Use various quality control tools and equipment.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and test results.
∎ Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal and external use.
∎ Ensure that all relevant quality documents, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), are up to date.
∎ Train and supervise quality control technicians.
∎ Ensure that team members are properly trained in quality control procedures and safety protocols.
∎ Investigate and root-cause analysis of quality issues.
∎ Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality problems and prevent their recurrence.
∎ Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate quality requirements and expectations.
∎ Communicate quality-related issues and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
∎ Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and components.
∎ Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
∎ Implement lean manufacturing principles and quality improvement initiatives.
∎ Address customer complaints and quality-related inquiries.
∎ Work with customers to resolve quality issues and provide support as needed.
∎ Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring that quality control procedures do not compromise safety.
∎ A Quality Control Officer is responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products, and for continuously improving processes to meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ This position requires a working knowledge of all facets of food technology on additives/chemical.
