Job Context:
∎ SR INGREDIENTS LTD is a leading company in Bangladesh for food ingredients import, manufacturing and distribution. We are hiring few Store Manager and offering a competitive compensation package as well as performance-based career growth.
∎ Workplace: Central Warehouse Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving Goods from Ports, Factories, Subsidiary Stores, Suppliers and other sources as per instructions from the Central Office.
∎ Prepare the Goods Receive Notes, Posting Entry into the System and Submit Reports to Central Office.
∎ Ensure proper loading, counting and delivery of goods as per PO from Central Office and maintain records.
∎ Monitor Pending PO's, Sales Returns and Coordinate with Central Office.
∎ Monitoring the stock status as it is properly counted, indented and arranged in the store.
∎ Ensuring First in First out Goods Movement and Monitoring and Reporting Short Expiry and Slow-Moving Products.
∎ Supervise, coordinate and guide Store Officers, Assistants and Workers.
∎ Maintain and Report their attendances, disciplines and absences.
∎ Participate, cooperate in the physical and system store audit in periodic interval.
∎ Prepare and arrange different reports from time to time as per requirements of the Central Office.
∎ Maintain IT related equipment (i.e. computers, printers etc.) and contact with the IT department if found any problem on those.
∎ Performing all other tasks as required by the department.
∎ Active Participations and Engagements in the Continuous Process Improvements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management.
∎ Technical Competencies: Advanced level computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office Applications, Professional knowledge, Proper customer service, Good numerical skills.
∎ Behavioral Competencies: Organized and methodical approach to work, Pro-active, Team worker, Pleasant personality.
