Education:
∎ Masters in Statistics / Economics / Agriculture / Development Studies / Social Science/ Geography / Urban Planning or equivalent.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Program, research, data collection, analysis and storage, data management, training and information sharing experience.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience on field level data collection with master's degree or 4 years with a bachelor's degree.
∎ Proven work experience in data management.
∎ Experience in producing data collection, supervision and management tools.
∎ Experience of building and maintaining a reliable database on the status of project implementation, delivery and evaluation.
∎ Field experience coupled with strong substantive knowledge of data management tools and results-based management.
∎ Sound knowledge on Statistical data analysis with STATA/R and also on data visualization.
∎ Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Office, web-based management information system, etc.) and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
∎ Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Responsive and good personnel skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
∎ Support design of data collection tools, especially for mobile data collection, sampling frameworks, data storage systems, and analytical products.
∎ Provide quality and timely data to the programme for agile management and decision making.
∎ Develop and ensure appropriate tools and strategies to monitor the progress, quality, and impact of the project and its implementation.
∎ Monitor quality of data collected, perform data cleaning activities, ensure regular updates on data quality in collaboration with the programme specialist.
∎ Reporting on data requirements and uses.
∎ Develop strategic relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders of the project.
