Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Diploma in Engineering Food Technology or Bsc. in Nutrition Food Engineering Food Technology., Diploma in Engineering in Food Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Business unit: Nourish Foods Limited (Rice Kernel Unit).
∎ Reports to (Position): Project Head
∎ Department/Function: Quality Control.
∎ Purpose of the job: Ensuring quality & control, Product development, preliminary production in process control & final production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raw materials sampling and analysis of food products.
∎ In process quality control (IPQC).
∎ Identifying the root cause and action plan against any kind of quality related issues.
∎ Microbiological work test
∎ Create a quality culture in the department as well as in the factory.
∎ Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
∎ Manage occupational safety. Health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎ Overall Supervision of QC Department.
∎ Strictly adhere to occupational safety system.
∎ Submit a report regularly on raw materials & finish goods Input and output quality parameters accordingly.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily performance report to Line Manager.
∎ Ensure proper documentation.
∎ Responsible for implementation & Documentation work (ISO, HACCP, BSTI, HALAL)
∎ Internal Relationship: QC Manager, Production Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Microbiologist, Production head. Operator.
∎ Make premix pack as per batch.
∎ External Relationship: RM/PM Supplier.
