Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Food Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering/ Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ • Business unit: Nourish Foods Limited (Rice Kernel Unit).
∎ • Reports to (Position): Project Head
∎ • Department/Function: Production.
∎ • Purpose of the job: Ensuring Productivity, Product development, preliminary production in process control & final production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare Monthly, Weekly and Daily production plan & maintain production according to the sales plan.
∎ • Ensure quantity of production based on the plan.
∎ • Ability to develop strategic plans and improve managerial capability of the production house.
∎ • Prepare periodical storage, physical distribution and movement plan as per production plan.
∎ • Ensure safety stock of raw material, packaging materials and finished goods to meet the market demand.
∎ • Ensure that machine run at optimum speed & efficiency and maintain production records, maintain the right setting for the machine.
∎ • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality control and others department.
∎ • Product Costing.
∎ • To assist in managing and controlling the performance of officers, staffs and workers of production department through motivation and training.
∎ • To Control the Wastage percentage of the Factory to a minimum level.
∎ • Development and Implementation of production schedule that meet needs of the marketing team.
∎ • To execute any jobs as assigned by the higher authority.
∎ • Implementing ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, GMP, Halal and. Train up Production, Team.
