Experience:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Food Technology, Microbiology or a related discipline from any reputed university.
Hands-on experience in preparing consignment inspection documents, traceability records, FRCP, BRCS, HACCP, and GMP audit documentation.
Strong knowledge of international quality standards (EU, BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP etc.).

With a strong focus on quality, compliance and operational excellence. We are looking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer who will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance with international food safety standards, and upholding our commitment to excellence throughout the production and export process.
Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BRCGS, EU, and other seafood safety regulations throughout the processing cycle.
Inspect raw materials for freshness, quality, and specification compliance, maintaining accurate records.
Conduct in-process product checks on key quality and safety parameters, including weight, count, glazing, organoleptic properties, temperature control, CCPs and maintain records.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and pest control records across processing lines and verify personal hygiene compliance.
Inspect and maintain records of finished products before shipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
Ensure packaging, labelling, and storage adhere to quality and regulatory requirements.
Prepare for and support internal and external audits, such as buyers, customers, third-party and regulatory audits.
Identify non-conformities and take necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Provide training and awareness programs to workers on hygiene, food safety, and quality practices.
Document inspections, deviations, and corrective actions and report non-conformities and coordinate with production for CAPA
