Responsibilities & Context:
Production & Wastage Audit: Monitor the consumption of raw materials (like feed, Raw materail,) against standard consumption charts to identify and reduce excessive wastage.
Inventory Verification: Conduct periodic physical stock counts of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished furniture products at the factory and warehouses.
Procurement Audit: Review the purchasing process of raw materials to ensure transparency, competitive pricing, and quality compliance from suppliers.
Reporting: Submit detailed reports to management regarding leakages in the production floor or discrepancies in the supply chain.
Factory and showrooms daily cash statement audit.
