Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and output targets
Maintain strict quality control standards for premix products
Manage raw materials, batching, and mixing processes
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Coordinate with QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams
Prepare production reports and documentation
