• Lead and manage overall plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions

• Ensure smooth and efficient rice milling operations to meet production targets and quality standards

• Develop and implement production planning aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets

• Monitor plant performance, optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, ISO guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Oversee procurement and storage of paddy, ensuring quality and cost efficiency

• Lead, train and develop plant workforce to enhance productivity and operational discipline

• Coordinate with sales, supply chain and finance teams for effective planning and execution

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (waste reduction, process optimization)

• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene and environmental compliance across plant operations
