We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Engineer or Technical Diploma holder to join our team as a Farm General Manager in Riyadh.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in modern farming

• Proven expertise in growing vegetables and fruits

• Strong experience in:

• Greenhouse farming

• Hydroponic systems

• Drip irrigation technology

• Ability to manage farm operations, teams, and production planning effectively

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Good IT and digital systems skills (farm management software, automation, reporting)

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) for reporting and presentations

Role:

• Oversee all farm operations

• Improve productivity and crop quality

• Implement modern agricultural techniques and technologies

• Lead and develop farm staff
