Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university

• B.Sc. in Agriculture is preferable.

• At least 1 year

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Prepare dealer × Product × Month wise territory plan based on approved budget.

• Service dealers by explaining pricing structure/schemes and suggesting/supplying stocks on time, based on crop/season.

• Assist in the liquidation of stocks to prevent stock returns.

• Update details in the stock monitoring app.

• Collect dues from customers within approved credit days.

• Enhancement / reduction of credit limit based on requirement / performance.

• Continuously screen the dealers on various parameters (sales, support for proprietary products, payment days, retailer network)·

• Strengthening dealer network – Identifying high-potential and financially sound dealers and completion of formalities for appointment. 

• Achieve sales targets.

• Implement the planned promotional activities with the help of SPOs’.

• Select farmers who are opinion leaders and be in close touch.

• Organize crop-cutting events.

• Maintain good contacts with DAE personnel/ NGOs’ / Retailers for promoting the products.

• Supervise SA/SPO activities.

• Train and motivate SAs’/SPOs’ for increasing their performance.

• Evaluate performance of SAs’/SPOs’

• Collect crop acreages and territory market size data.

• Collect information on competitors’ products & activities regularly.

• Acquire thorough knowledge on farmer’s practices.

• Keep continuously updating Key Market Information (change in cropping pattern, produce prices, Govt. schemes, etc.)·

• Propose territory sales budget.

• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
