Responsibilities & Context:
Principle Accountabilities:
Evaluate the performance of different SBUs and recommend strategic actions to the management as deemed fit.
Profitability analysis of top 200 brands (Including Cash Group PAT).
Top & Bottom 15 brands Liquid-ability Analysis based on PBT.
Support to ensure proper incorporation of budget in monthly & YTD management accounts with appropriate opex details & also prepare reason for budget variance for management decision making.
Portfolio P/L preparation with its cause & effect analysis to support management for decision makings.
Data Management system & process development for smooth & quick support to management decisions.
Businesswise Profitability & Cash flow Projection for 5 years Business Plan.
Prepare brand, district and division wise monthly database to evaluate each brand and business performance.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
