Responsibilities & Context:

1. Plan, design, and develop large-scale agricultural farms, including new farm setup and expansion projects.

2. Lead and manage greenhouse operations, ensuring optimal climate control, irrigation, and crop productivity.

3. Develop and implement organic farming systems in compliance with national and international standards.

4. Oversee production of vegetables, fruits, and other crops with a focus on quality, yield, and sustainability.

5. Design and implement efficient irrigation, fertigation, and water management systems.

6. Supervise day-to-day farm operations, including planting, harvesting, pest control, and post-harvest handling.

7. Introduce modern agricultural technologies such as hydroponics, drip irrigation, and precision farming.

8. Ensure proper soil health management, composting systems, and organic fertilizer application.

9. Monitor and control pests and diseases using environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.

10. Manage farm staff, labor, and technical teams, providing training and performance supervision.

11. Prepare production plans, budgets, and operational reports for management review.

12. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

13. Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders for smooth farm operations and product marketing.

14. Conduct research and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance farm productivity and reduce costs.

15. Evaluate farm performance and implement strategies for long-term agricultural sustainability and profitability.
