Responsibilities & Context:
সকল প্রকার সার,ঔষধ প্রসেসিং ও উৎপাদনে পারদর্মী হতে হবে।
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে মেশিন অপারেট করা,প্যাকেজিং সহ নিজ হাতে কাজ করার মানষিকতা থাকতে হবে।
উৎপাদনের প্লান করতে জানতে হবে।
কাজের গুনগতমান তদারকি করা ও মান সম্পন্ন উৎপাদন নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
রেসিপি অনুযায়ী উৎপাদনের জন্য কাঁচামাল সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
শ্রমিকদের যথাযথভাবে পরিচালনার দক্ষতা থাকেতে হবে।
উদপাদনের প্রতিবেদন তৈরী করতে জানতে হবে।
