Role Overview: We are seeking some proactive, dynamic and skilled salesman to join our field force of Aqua Medicine Department.
This role is ideal for someone who has the ability to-
Achieve sales objectives through the generation of prescriptions & creates new aqua markets.
Prepare proper target achievement strategy & achieve monthly, sessional & annual sales & collection target.
Prepare product wise sales target forecast monthly and sessional & fullfill the productwise sales target according to forecast.
Provide market feedback & competitors activities to management.
Provide daily sales & collection report, farm visit report to the reporting authority.
Create new clients/distributor of aqua medicine according to company policy with maintaining sustainable business environment.
Organize GD & Seminar and effectively communicate aqua product information to farmers and distributors with ensure proper technical support.
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 (Including TA-DA) (Negotiable upon experience)
