I. Quality Management System and Standard Development:

1.    Develop and refine inspection standards, work instructions, and quality control procedures for various products based on customer requirements.

2.    Establish and maintain inspection criteria and standards for raw materials, auxiliary materials, hardware, finished products, and all stages of production, including warehousing.

3.    Periodically review and update quality control procedures to ensure their applicability and effectiveness.

II. Supplier and Incoming Material Quality Control:

1.    Assist the procurement department in conducting quality assessments and qualification reviews for new suppliers of fabrics, auxiliary materials, hardware, etc.

2.    Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspections on raw materials and auxiliary materials to ensure quality control at the source. Identify, isolate, and handle non-conforming items.

III. Production Process Quality Monitoring:

1.    Pre-production Quality Control: Organize pre-production meetings to communicate quality standards and key control points to the production department. Conduct strict inspection and confirmation of the first-piece product to resolve issues before bulk production.

2.    During Production Inspection (DUPRO): Perform online and offline sampling inspections when 20%-30% of production is completed. Promptly identify deviations in workmanship, dimensions, color, functionality, etc., during the production process and drive immediate corrective actions to prevent batch quality issues.

3.    Final Random Inspection (FRI): When all products for an order are produced and at least 80% are packaged, conduct final random sampling inspections according to AQL standards. Generate detailed inspection reports as a key basis for shipment authorization.

IV. Client Inspection and Relationship Maintenance:

1.    Lead and accompany third-party inspection companies or client representatives during product inspections.

2.    Prepare necessary documents, samples, and production records in advance to ensure a smooth inspection process.

3.    Swiftly organize relevant departments to analyze root causes, develop corrective and preventive actions for issues raised in inspection reports, and follow up until issues are closed.

V. Team Management and Data Analysis:

1.    Manage daily operations of the QC team, including work assignments, skills training, and performance evaluations, to enhance the team's expertise and efficiency.

2.    Collect and analyze quality data from various stages (e.g., first-pass yield, customer complaint rate, rework rate). Regularly prepare weekly/monthly quality reports to inform management about quality status and improvement recommendations.
