Requirements:
- Proficient in computer operation and Microsoft Office or related software,especially skilled in EXCEL.
- Have knowledge of bank related work and foreign employees’ work permit,visa extension.
- Well knowledge of mail and web,and customs & bond related website operation.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure updating bond register (In bond & Ex Bond) on due time.
- Ensure preparation of Bill of Entry for forwarding relevant document to C&F for custom clearance.
- Handle & follow the procedure of Bangladesh Customs.
- Execute all regulatory formalities of Customs relating to Export.
- Coordinate with C&F, Shipping & other related offices.
- Prepare Bank documents.
- Prepare Shipper NOC, Bank NOC format.
- Follow-up & collect original BL from forwarder/ shipping line
- CNF bill check.
