1. Responsible for quality control and quality assurance throughout the handbag production process, overseeing the entire quality management cycle from raw material procurement, incoming inspection, in-process inspection, to final product inspection.

2. Familiar with product drawings and process flows, ensuring each stage of production meets product quality requirements.

3. Establish and improve the quality management system, lead and coordinate the work of the QC department, ensure the effective implementation of the QC system, and enhance the efficiency of QC operations.

4. Lead sampling inspections and testing activities, balance the relationship between product quality and production efficiency, and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of inspection standards.

5. Promptly identify and adjust problematic production processes, categorize and manage non-conforming products, propose improvement plans and suggestions, and ensure the stability and consistency of product quality.

6. Actively implement cost optimization strategies, reduce defect rates and waste, optimize QC processes, and enhance QC efficiency and quality.
