Must be self -driven, creative, able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly.
Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in the use of computer-e.g. MS Word; Excel etc.
Be able to handle high pressure work environment.
Candidates having strong experience in undergarments will get the priority.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
Responsibilities & Context:
We are searching QC Manager for Sweater Industry.
Ensure the testing process pertaining to each customer is done correctly and up to the standards and timely publish the results for process control purposes.
Getting exposure to and understanding of all the fabric & garment form tests prescribed by the customer and maintaining the expected standards throughout the value stream.
Training quality and the audit dept on quality process and product safety standards. And how to improve their skills and knowledge.
Conduct Effective Pre Production meetings with factories & monitoring the production from the beginning to the shipment.
Conducting Quality inspections as inline, Pre final & final inspection & Updating merchants accordingly.
Training on working procedures, inspection procedures, standards, Product safety procedures & Basic Compliance standards.
Improve and Maintain Perfect quality garments and ship on time.
Increase the Accuracy of all sample stages and meet the deadlines.
Train and develop QCs on their working process and guide them in their day-to-day work.
