• Must be self -driven, creative, able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly.

• Must possess the ability to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in the use of computer-e.g. MS Word; Excel etc.

• Be able to handle high pressure work environment.

• Candidates having strong experience in undergarments will get the priority.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).

We are searching QC Manager for Sweater Industry.

• Ensure the testing process pertaining to each customer is done correctly and up to the standards and timely publish the results for process control purposes.

• Getting exposure to and understanding of all the fabric & garment form tests prescribed by the customer and maintaining the expected standards throughout the value stream.

• Training quality and the audit dept on quality process and product safety standards. And how to improve their skills and knowledge.

• Conduct Effective Pre Production meetings with factories & monitoring the production from the beginning to the shipment.

• Conducting Quality inspections as inline, Pre final & final inspection & Updating merchants accordingly.

• Training on working procedures, inspection procedures, standards, Product safety procedures & Basic Compliance standards.

• Improve and Maintain Perfect quality garments and ship on time.

• Increase the Accuracy of all sample stages and meet the deadlines.

• Train and develop QCs on their working process and guide them in their day-to-day work.
