Quality Control Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the testing process pertaining to each customer is done correctly and up to the standards and timely publish the results for process control purposes.
∎ Getting exposure to & understanding of all the fabric & garment form tests prescribed by the customer and maintaining the expected standards throughout the value stream.
∎ Training quality and the audit dept on quality process and product safety standards. And how to improve their skills and knowledge
∎ Conduct Effective Pre Production meetings with factories & monitoring the production from the beginning to the shipment.
∎ Conducting Quality inspections as inline, Pre final & final inspection. & Updating merchants accordingly
∎ Training on working procedures, inspection procedures, standards, Product safety procedures & Basic Compliance standards
∎ Improve and Maintain Perfect quality garments and ship on time.
∎ Increase the Accuracy of all sample stages and meet the deadlines
∎ Train and develop QCs on their working process and guide them in their day-to-day work.
